Request deletion of your account
Use this page to request removal of your account and personal data associated with the app.

How to request deletion

Tap the email button above, or send a message to the deletion contact listed on this page.

Include the login method used in the app: Google, Apple, or Telegram.

Include an account email, Telegram username, or user ID if available. Do not send passwords or payment card details.

We may ask for additional confirmation to make sure the request is made by the account owner.
Data deleted

Account profile and identifiers connected to your Google, Apple, or Telegram sign-in.

Linked devices, bootstrap records, VPN access state, and server assignments tied to the account.

App settings and other non-required account data stored by the service.

We do not store browsing history or VPN traffic contents.
Data that may be retained

Payment, subscription, refund, tax, and accounting records where required by law, app stores, or payment providers.

Security, fraud prevention, rate limiting, and support correspondence records where needed to protect the service.

Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot reasonably identify you.
Processing and retention
30 days
We normally process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
90 days
Deleted records may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before rotation.
Up to 5 years
Financial, legal, and dispute records may be retained for up to 5 years unless a longer legal period applies.
Before you submit
Account deletion is permanent. Active access, linked devices, and subscription benefits can stop working after deletion. Deleting the account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Google Play, App Store, or another payment provider; cancel them in the store if needed.
